Shocktober, the Art Theater Co-op’s annual month-long Halloween programming, is back for its fourth year! Beginning October 6th with a free event, this year’s Shocktober festivities include live trivia, music, the All Nite Movie Marathon, and the return of the Rocky Horror Picture Show with a live cast and roster of diverse and (terrifyingly) great films.
Wednesday October 5th at 10pm: Shocktober Kick Off and the Return of the Living Quizmaster Chris! Live trivia featuring the return of Champaign-Urbana’s trivia legend Quizmaster Chris followed by a secret film screening. FREE!
Wednesday October 12th at 10pm: Possession (Andrzej Zulawski, 1983) // Delirious psychodrama of epic and notorious proportions

Friday October 14th, 15th, and 20th at 10pm: Rosemary’s Baby (Roman Polanksi, 1968) // Polanksi’s brooding and macabre classic

Sunday October 23rd at 8pm: F.W. Muranu’s Nosferatu with live orchestral accompaniment by Austin, TX’s The Invincible Czar’s
Friday October 28th at 10pm: Dawn of the Dead (George Romero, 1978) // Romero’s zombie anti-capitalist epic
